Tom Murray
Tom has devoted most of the last few years to making Open Way Solutions a reality. An academic, entrepreneur, philosopher, improv dancer, and certified mediator, he has been an active scholar in the integral theory community for many years (see his integral theory publications). Dr. Murray's prior work in advanced learning environments and collaboration systems is described here.

Terri and the folks from STAGES International, which she co-founded, have been essential partners in developing StageLens, which is based on Terri's STAGES developmental model.

Esperdyne took an early interest in the project as an incubator for StageLens and now leads the text analysis and machine learning software development for our services. They are a small team of heavy-hitters, made of experienced search industry veterans located in Western Massachusetts, with deep expertise in big data, text analytics, machine learning, language processing, and search engine technology.
